What is the Self-Care Health Care Subscription Box?

The Self-Care Health Care box is a bi-monthly subscription designed specifically for nurses. Each box is thoughtfully curated with self-care tools, wellness products, and supportive resources to help you recharge and prioritise your own well-being — because caring for yourself is just as important as caring for others.

What kinds of items will I receive in each box?

Each box includes a mix of high-quality self-care essentials, such as skincare, aromatherapy, relaxation tools, mindful activities, healthy treats, and exclusive guides — all carefully selected to suit busy healthcare professionals who deserve easy, effective self-care.

How often will I receive a box?

Boxes are sent out every two months (bi-monthly), so you’ll receive six boxes a year, timed perfectly to give you a fresh boost without overwhelming your schedule. Our shipment months are Feb, Apr, June, Aug, Oct and Dec.

Who is the subscription box best suited for?

Our boxes are designed especially for nurses and health care workers. If you are a nurse or health care worker and believe in the importance of caring for yourself as you care for others, this box is for you!

When will I be billed?

You’ll be billed every two months on the 10th when your box is getting ready to ship. We’ll always send a reminder email before processing your payment. Subscription months will be Feb, April, June, August, Oct, Dec.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide! As we grow, we hope to offer international shipping — stay tuned.

Are the products in the box natural?

Yes! We prioritise partnering with Australian brands that offer natural, clean, and ethically-made products whenever possible. Your safety, health, and peace of mind are always top priorities.

How do the shipment cut offs work?

Our cut-off date for each box is the 10th of the shipment month.
We ship in February, April, June, August, October, and December.
If you subscribe after the 10th, your order will automatically roll over to the next box.

Do you have individual products?

Yes! We understand that a subscription box is a big commitment. We have a range of indivdual self-care products for nurses and health care workers. A lot of our subscription box members start with our smaller product range.

About the founder

I am Sarah - I am a nurse currently working part-time. I understand the difficulties of working in health care. I also see the culture of continuing to show up but putting your own needs last. Health care needs a change. Burnout needs to not be worn as a badge of honour anymore. This is why I started Self-Care Health Care a brand to remind fellow nurses and health care workers to look after themselves to. You deserve to care for yourself too.
