Self-Care Health Care
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between a sponsor (“Sponsor”) and Self-Care Health Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in relation to any sponsorship, donation, or partnership arrangement. By confirming a sponsorship with Self-Care Health Care, the Sponsor agrees to the following:
1. Sponsorship Inclusions
The Sponsor may provide:

Product donations

Discount codes or offers for healthcare workers

In-kind services (e.g., printing, media, design)
The agreed contribution will be used to support Self-Care Health Care initiatives such as the Health Care Worker of the Month, subscription boxes, events, and related activities that align with our mission to support the wellbeing of healthcare workers.
2. Recognition and Benefits
Depending on the level and nature of sponsorship, Self-Care Health Care may provide:

Logo placement on promotional materials (e.g., website, social media, email newsletters)

Tagging and acknowledgment in relevant social media and email content

Inclusion of sponsored products in physical or digital offerings

Co-branded campaigns where agreed
All branding or materials shared must align with the tone and values of Self-Care Health Care and are subject to approval.
3. Use of Sponsor’s Brand
The Sponsor grants Self-Care Health Care a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their name, logo, and branding for the duration of the sponsorship in agreed materials. Any co-branded content or promotional references will be shared for approval where appropriate.
4. Term and Timing
The duration of sponsorship (e.g., one month, three months, annual) will be agreed upon in writing. Specific campaign timelines and deadlines will be communicated accordingly.
5. Product Handling
If products are being supplied, the Sponsor agrees to deliver items in a timely manner to the agreed location. Self-Care Health Care is not liable for lost or damaged items in transit.
6. Alignment of Values
Self-Care Health Care reserves the right to decline or end a sponsorship arrangement if the sponsor’s products, services, or public messaging do not align with our core values of wellbeing, inclusivity, respect, and professional integrity.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the sponsorship with written notice if obligations are not met or if the partnership is no longer mutually beneficial. In-kind or financial contributions already received are non-refundable.
8. Liability
Self-Care Health Care will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or reputational impact the sponsor may incur as a result of the sponsorship arrangement.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
By entering into a sponsorship agreement, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
A formal written agreement or confirmation email outlining the specifics of your sponsorship (including timing, deliverables, and recognition) will be shared upon confirmation.
